How you can start to explore yourself as one whole being

A conscious embodied life is a life where you are experiencing yourself and the world as whole and in relation to each other.

Instead of separating your body parts into something only being functional for one thing you can start to experience yourself as a whole being and how you are connected to your surroundings.

 

All the different parts of your body are in relation with each other. Your mind wants to divide them into separate parts but they are working as one. Without each other they won´t work. As well as within our body we are also connected to the Earth´s body in the same way. We can see ourselves as a separate individual on Earth, but without the Earth we cannot exist. We are constantly in connection with the world around us. The oxygen you breath in is created by the trees and plants around you, and when you are breathing out you are providing carbon dioxide back to them. You are in relation to each other. You are constantly in relation with the pull of Earth´s gravity. Your mass and Earth’s mass are balancing with each other. The Earth’s gravity is pulling you in and the mass of you is balancing upon it.

 

When you start to awaken all of you, and experience yourself as one whole connected to the world around you, you can receive more from life. You can discover other ways of being, and you get to meet all of you and the world you are a part of.

Explore:

Go outside in nature and experience the different parts of you relating to each other and the nature around you. Sense how your inner world, every part of your body, are supporting each other in your experience. Sense how the world outside you is supporting you. How the air is supporting your body with oxygen, how the gravity of earth and your sense of balance is fine tuning you in every step to prevent you from falling down, how the noises and smells outside you are cultivating a sensation of a memory or feeling in your body.
